90 Day No Worry Guarantee
You ordered something and it’s just not working out for you. No worries! All products, excluding water machines, can be returned for any reason. Just send the item back to us within 90 days and we’ll refund you the original product price (minus shipping). Once we receive the return package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment you paid with. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. But we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If 90 days has passed since your order, sorry, we can’t accept this item as a return. We also can't accept a return if you've returned that same product before and there was no error on our part.

How does it work?
- Email email@example.com, or call us at 855-876-7397, and let us know your order number and what item you want to return. You can also initiate the return via you online account.1
- Package the item with a packing slip that names the item to be refunded and the reason for the return.
- Take the package to your preferred shipping carrier and ship it off to us.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund or exchange much more quickly.2
Once we receive the returned or exchanged items, we will promptly send out the replacement order or initiate the refund.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer if there is no error in the order.
1 To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
2 This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Water Machine Return Policy:
We invite you to try out the Chanson water ionizers and enjoy the benefits for up to 30 days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Chanson Ionizer, that we offer you a 30-day money back guarantee. If at any time during the first 30 days you wish to return your unit, in like new condition (”like new condition” means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVD’s etc.) and in its original packing we will give you a full refund, less 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable, and are to be handled solely by the customer.
After 30 days from purchase the ionizer may not be returned if there is no malfunction or manufacturer defect.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and there are some international destinations we cannot ship to.
We guarantee that orders will ship within 1 business day—unless otherwise noted on the product page; there are only a few exceptions. USPS orders placed by 11am Mountain Time typically go out the same day; UPS orders placed by 3pm Mountain Time typically ship out the same day.
When you place an order, where possible, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page if the shipping service provides those. The most economical USPS shipping option typically takes 3 to 10 business days.
Unless otherwise noted, all free shipping offers made by PHM Life are for USPS parcel post or USPS priority only.
Once you order is picked up at our location by the shipping provider you choose, we not longer have control over the package and cannot guarantee how the shipping provider will fulfill their responsibilities. If you package is lost the quickest route to resolution is to contact the shipping provider. If you want to reach out to us we will gladly help by contacting the shipping provider, but again we have no control over what they do with a package or how they operate.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
