10 Alkaline-Diet-Approved Allergy Remedies

Allergies are downright miserable. We’ve mentioned before that allergy sensitivities are going up exponentially (up nearly 15% in the past 4 years), and that many don’t even know that some symptoms like decreased concentration and focus, decreased decision-making, mood swings, irritability, low blood pressure, eczema, exhaustion and sleep disorders, are all common symptoms of allergies (see blog article).
