P.S. To those who are still confused about the difference between us (PHM Life) and pH miracle, here is a little history…

In late 2013 and into 2014, the pH Miracle Center was having a hard time juggling all the logistics of production and order fulfillment while also doing research, hosting trainings, and doing retreats around the world.

Customer orders weren’t being fulfilled in a timely manner, products were out of stock, and something needed to change.

Dr. Young’s daughter, and son-in-law presented a plan to create a completely independent company to take this load off of the pH Miracle Center, and help take care of customers who desperately needed more attention.

This proposal was accepted and PHM Life was born.

PHM Life was named the official online retailer of pH Miracle products in 2014—helping to maintain confidence among customers that they were getting genuine pH Miracle products and not fraudulent knockoffs.

The pH Miracle product giveaway of (3) $170 packages of pH Miracle products begins on June 14, 2018, and ends on June 22, 2018 ("Contest Entry Period"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of PHM Life which shall be final and binding in all respects. PHM Life is responsible for the overall administration of the Contest.

TERMS

A. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia. PHM Life and its employees, agents, officers and directors (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and marketing agencies, immediate families and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible for the Contest.

B. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Contest during the Contest Entry Period at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JFBX7VP ("Contest Site"). The survey must be filled out in its entirety to be a valid entry. Each person who registers with the Contest Site earns one (1) chance to win three (3) $170 packages of pH Miracle products (the "Prizes").

C. THE PRIZES: PHM Life will award three (3) $170 ph Miracle packages to three (3) contest entrants. Each pack contains one (1) bottle of PuripHy and two (2) bottles of Doc Broc's SuperGreens Capsules. PHM Life will contact the contest winners. There will be no cash compensation. PHM Life will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of prize notification. Prize packages will have no value after this date.

D. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Entry Period. The random drawing for the Contest will be conducted on June 25, 2018. The random drawing will be conducted by PHM Life; all decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the random drawing. PHM Life is not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's email does not work or is changed. Any winner notification not responded to within 30 days or returned as undeliverable will result in Prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected. If a potential winner is ineligible to win the Prize because of material misrepresentation, does not comply with the acceptance requirements above or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, then such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entrants. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by PHM Life.

By entering the contest, the prize winners automatically agree that PHM Life may, without compensation, publish, display or otherwise use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, or statement concerning the Contest for purposes of advertising and promotion.
