The pH Miracle for Cancer

Posted by

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It’s estimated that about 1 in 8 U.S. women, and 1 in 1000 U.S. men will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetime. Being proactive with evaluations, and developing healthy habits can reduce your risk of breast cancer, but can it be prevented or reversed?

GUIDELINES FOR PREVENTION

“The focus for preventing and reversing cancer must be on maintaining the alkaline pH of the body fluids, and a recognition that cancer is a systemic acidic condition,” says Dr. Young. “The key to preventing and reversing cancer is to obtain the necessary sustainable energy for optimal body function and the elimination of toxic and acidic waste products from diet, metabolism, respiration and the environment, all of which contribute to the cause of a cancerous condition.”

"Controlling the body's systemic pH balance during a person's life, using either an alkalinizing diet and/or buffering strategies, may help a lot in preventing the vast majority of diseases, including cancer. By the same token therapies based on alkalization may help in curing or at least stabilizing many incurable diseases, including a global nightmare such as cancer today. This book will help in understanding more on this issue." - Stefano Fais, MD, PhD, Head Anti-Tumor Drug Section, National Institute of Health

GUIDELINES FOR EVALUATIONS

The National Breast Cancer Foundation recommends that Breast self-exams are to be done monthly, and the best time to do them is about 10 days after the onset of your menstrual cycle.

“Breasts can be capricious, and they will change texture over the course of the monthly cycle”, says Lucy M. Riojas, RT(R)(M) (registered mammography radiologic technologist). This is why it’s so important to stick to one consistent time of the month for evaluations.

Rojas says that “If you no longer menstruate, then choose a day of the month and do it that same day from then on. If your breasts are generally lumpy and you don’t know what is normal and what isn’t, the best strategy is to simply become familiar with them. Become so familiar with each ridge and curve that if something was to change, you’d notice it right away. Also, look in the mirror. Look for dimpling, swelling, or redness by standing with your hands on your hips, then with your hands in the air, standing straight, then leaning forward.”
