1. Family Saver

   I don’t usually write reviews, but this one feels necessary. The idea of balancing the body’s pH using this salt has made a real difference for my family. We used to deal with frequent colds—especially brought home by my younger son from school—but with consistent, proactive use, we’ve gone over 9 months without the usual episodes.
   
   I’ve also seen personal benefits. When I had severe diarrhea, I mixed a scoop in a glass of water and it helped settle things quickly. When I feel bloated, two scoops in water usually does the trick for me.
   
   My wife, who is a nurse and typically relies on conventional medication when she’s sick, was initially skeptical. Now, she uses the salt herself when needed and believes in it.
   
   I’m not asking you to take my word for it—try it and see how it works for you. For me and my family, it’s been a game changer. I even keep a small supply (about 4–6 spoonfuls) in a zip bag in my work bag at all times. I highly recommend it.

   Product is very easy to take, and taste is not bad. I feel like inflammation is decreasing. Stiffness in upper shoulders is gone and other aches and pains are gone.

   I get acid reflux from time to time and this product does the job it helps repairs my gut.

   I have been using Phour salts for about 12 years or more. I don’t like the taste of water without it! I feel more hydrated as I use it. Also helps with leg cramping. Even my five year old grandson always asks for his salt water. He loves it!

   Been using Phour Salts since Nov. 2011, along with Doc Brocs, Greens, Puriphy drops, Phlush and other PhMiracle products. These supplements and The ALKALARIAN Lifestyle have kept us from Prescription poison pills! and endless Doctor's visits.

   

9. GREAT AT COVERING YOUR SINS

   pHour Salts has been part of my daily diet for several years now - i like taking it before going to bed - it is great at balancing out the acidity of my daily living. I try to be good with my diet, but sometimes I still get invited out to a big roast dinner with a few glasses of red wine - on those occasions I heavy load myself before and after with pHour salts to minimize the damage from the night out. My six-monthly blood tests show great results.

    Phour salts does the job! Regardless if it is in capsule form or loose salts, it keeps me alkaline when i have been eating foods that create acid and some reflux.
    Since finding this product a couple years ago, i try to take these salts regularly as prescribed for best results in keeping my body alkaline and feeling my best!
