Redmond Clay is an all natural bentonite healing clay that has been used for generations. Geologists tell us Redmond Clay is volcanic ash that was deposited in sea water long ago, where it would develop into a swelling-type sodium bentonite clay. For external use: Mix the clay with water to make a gel about the consistency of mustard. The gel can be applied externally as a poultice on cuts, bruises, insect bites, bee strings, boils, rashes, acne, and burns. It can also be used as a facial.

For internal use: Take 1 teaspoon of Redmond Clay with juice or water daily.
