pHour Salts™
pHour Salts™ is a combination of four powerful carbonate salts (sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and calcium carbonate) that help maintain the alkaline design of human, plant, and animal organisms. These salts are naturally occurring in all fluids of the body. Specifically, they can aid in the reduction of acidity in the lymphatic, circulatory, and gastro-intestinal systems.
pHour Salts™ may be used daily to increase the alkalinity of any food or drink. Other uses include baking, tooth scrub, mouthwash, deodorizer, bath soak, foot bath, and general cleanser.
Size: 454 grams
Directions: Mix one scoop with 4-6 ounces of purified water daily.
Advanced Use: 3 times per day.

Taking this product once a day at bedtime manages to keep my pH alkaline throughout the day. This gives me energy and suppresses my appetite. It's a great find!

Love this product!!! I like to take it in the morning with essential oils in a qt of water. It gives me energy and it is very cleansing! It has also helped me loss 50lbs Yea!!!
