pHour Salts™
pHour Salts™ is a combination of four powerful carbonate salts (sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and calcium carbonate) that help maintain the alkaline design of human, plant, and animal organisms. These salts are naturally occurring in all fluids of the body. Specifically, they can aid in the reduction of acidity in the lymphatic, circulatory, and gastro-intestinal systems.
pHour Salts™ may be used daily to increase the alkalinity of any food or drink. Other uses include baking, tooth scrub, mouthwash, deodorizer, bath soak, foot bath, and general cleanser.
Size: 454 grams
Directions: Mix one scoop with 4-6 ounces of purified water daily.
Advanced Use: 3 times per day.

Adding it to my water and that of my families makes water so much easier and desirable. It always helps speed recovery of illness and dehydration and allows me to actually absorb minerals. I hope I'm never without it for long, highly recommend.

When my naturopath recommended phour salts for my skin health, it didn't make sense to me. I had bad acne and could not relate my gut health and skin issues. But I tried it anyway and it had such a positive effect. My skin cleared as well as my eye whites (before my eyes were somewhat redish even after good night sleep). I take 1 scoop in the morning and one before bed. Sometimes I do have to rush to the bathroom, that's true, but I don't mind for this just confirms that something inside is happening for the better. Highly recommended.

Clears two problems

I use one scoop of 4 salts each day. I mix it in water instead of the super greens. I had to discontinue the NEW super greens formula because I am sensitive to lemon. The old formula was excellent. I have been taking the 4 salts for more than 3 years. It completely clears my nose bleeds and muscle cramps. I shared it with a friend who got benefit from leg cramps. If I go without this product for a period of time, these conditions return. I am very grateful for this product. Thank you.

Didnt think I would like this product..I thiught it wiuld make u bloated because its sodium..
..but not so ..it keeps your energy up all day..
And your weight down. ..lol
..use in conjungtion w supergreens..and or doc brock rocks and u cant go wrong..!!.again a must try for non belivers..u wont b dissapointed..!! :-) :-)..
I drink6/7 bottles of20..oz water ..w a scoop of phour salts a day..
